Smitten Polish Candy Kisses
Prepare yourself for some white crelly love! There is something about Smitten's crellies that I absolutely adore, and I think they are some of the best crellies out there. Candy Kisses is filled with purple and pink hexes and glitter in a white crelly base. LOVE!!! Here is three coats, plus base and top coats.
